My Appreciation

Would wish to thank the Majlis Guru Besar Daerah Larut Matang & Selama ( the LMS District Primary School Heads Council )and my LMS District Education Office for giving me the honour to be at the Majlis Anugerah Kecemerlangan UPSR 2010 held at SSL Traders Hotel on 15 February .

I do appreciate the beautiful moments that I'll treasure together with the beautiful watch I have received for the second time. I had to give my old MGB gift watch to a close friend who needed it badly. It's indeed a surprise to receive a new one again.

Having served in this district for 28 years and going to retire in another 5 years, this event will be a memorable one indeed. It had been a pleasure serving the district education office or state education department besides my own school. There have been a number of activities I've been involved and it had all been opportunities to learn, to share knowledge and experience. I have made many friends during my service.

Hopefully, the results for the public examination both in my own school and others will be better than last year. Would like to thank my colleagues especially the English teachers who have supported me in running activities for our school.

With the English Carnival coming soon, it will be a hectic time ahead with training the school representatives for the various events. Besides have to bear the responsibility to handle and organize the Selama English Panel Committee activities which had remained quiet for a year due to lack of funds as one of the reasons. Well, it has to function actively again this year and I surely need the cooperation of the English teachers in this zone and district.

All I wish for now is good health and lots of energy to keep me active always.
