On the last day of the Chinese New Year celebration , my friends and I gave the pupils of PDK Nur Gemilang Selama ( Pusat Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti ) a treat. Many of my friends who contributed to this social activity could not make it because they were busy with some prayers.
Would love to express my thanks and gratitude to the wonderful teachers and assistants of this special school who helped cooked the meal together. The tom yam bee hoon was delicious. There was enough food, drinks, nuggets and ice-cream for everyone.
We took some photos for remembrance of the beautiful moments with the pupils here. We hope to give another treat again some time later and more friends may join us hopefully.
Having served as a committee member here, I hope to draw the public's attention towards the pupils in this school. Though this school is run by the government, it is still important that the public should show some concern especially that they too care about the unfortunate pupils here and a little contribution means a lot.
Hope there is much progress and the pupils will benefit in the end and become more confident and are able to look after themselves.
