Farewell To SK Selama, My Beloved School

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I delivered my farewell speech to the teachers and staff of SK Selama who held a farewell lunch for me .

 After 29 years of teaching in SK Selama, I've been transferred back to Taiping, to SK Bendang Siam, Changkat Jering actually.   For nearly three decades , the time is too long and it's historical itself when I recalled how the school looked before compared to now.  It began with teaching the pupils but now am teaching their children as well.  So,  there are a number of grandchildren I've taught too.

Guess, I've been fortunate to experience the joy of teaching pupils in SK Selama .  It is indeed rare to experience so much just in one lovely school.  Will be writing and sharing my thoughts , ideas and experience in my journal when I am free.

Thanks to all the teachers and staff who had organised the farewell party.  Thanks too for all the lovely gifts.  They will remind me of all of you. 

Here's wishing everyone, good health, happiness and success in life.  Hope we will meet again one day.
Good bye to dear teachers, pupils, friends and staff of SK Selama.  Hopefully, SK Selama will be successful in all aspects.  May the teachers be blessed with good health, happiness and success.   May the pupils achieve success academically and in co-curricular activities and the pupils be well-disciplined.
